Upon entering the Pan Pacific Orchard in Singapore, we were immediately immersed in a fascinating architectural world. A majestic 23-storey tower rose before us like a modern work of art just minutes from Orchard Road. The lush vegetation on the terraces gave the building an organic touch that emphasized the connection between nature and construction.
Designed by Singaporean firm WOHA Architects, the 347-room building was a masterpiece of modernism. The inviting lobby welcomed us with a touch of modernity and hospitality, accompanied by a soothing water feature and gentle breeze.
Particularly impressive was the building's "green core", which runs through the interior like a pillar of sustainability and promises a connection to the future. Open areas, green oases and mirrored ceilings create a unique atmosphere that gives guests the feeling of being in an urban ecosystem.
The Pan Pacific Orchard offers an impressive selection of 13 different room categories to suit the varying needs and preferences of guests.
Our Pacific Club Balcony King room on the Cloud floor offered a luxurious oasis of comfort with a breathtaking view of the Singapore skyline. The sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. In addition to a cozy sitting area, the room had a water dispenser and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a well-stocked minibar.
The Beach Club Pool Access Lofts rooms have direct access to the pool, which gives the hotel a pleasant resort ambience.
The wonderful pool area made us completely forget that we were in the middle of the city. You can linger here all day, refresh yourself with delicious drinks from the pool bar and even make a few laps in the second pool, which is perfect for swimming.
The fitness center at Pan Pacific Orchard offers both indoor and outdoor facilities for a holistic workout experience. Here you will find state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for strength training, endurance and flexibility.
The hotel placed great emphasis on sustainability, which was reflected in every detail. The culinary experiences were as impressive as they were varied, from modern Mediterranean delicacies in the Mosella restaurant to local traditional dishes in the Pacific Breeze.
In the hotel's garden pavilion, you'll find the Florette, a top-notch bar with a glamorous atmosphere. There, we relaxed with select cocktails, surrounded by the smooth sounds of acid jazz and a breathtaking view of the sparkling cityscape.
For an exclusive culinary experience, Pan Pacific Orchard offers a private area, the Chairman's Lounge, where you can enjoy Chef Leung Wing Cheung's masterfully prepared delicacies. Surrounded by the mesmerizing calligraphic works of the late Cultural Medalist Chua Ek Kay, this private dining room provided the ideal setting for memorable occasions.
After an intense day in Singapore, we were able to enjoy a tranquil atmosphere at the St. Gregory spa.
For this moment, we shut out the world and replenished our energy reserves.
The Pan Pacific Orchard was more than just a city hotel. It was an oasis where luxury, sustainability and relaxation blended harmoniously. We are already looking forward to returning and creating more unforgettable memories.
